In spite of the fact that we gather data from our customers, it is just used to make enhancements in our client administration. 2. Refund Policy


Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be considered under the following conditions: If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of registration and prior to the start date of the training program. If a training program is canceled by us and an alternative solution cannot be provided. If there is a significant issue with the training program that is not resolved within 7 days of reporting.

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at braceventures@gmail.com within the specified time frame. Include your registration details, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting documentation.

Processing Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method or as a credit to your account, depending on the circumstances.

Partial Refunds: In cases where the training program has started, or if you cancel after the allowed period, partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of training completed and any associated costs incurred.

3. Reactivation Policy


If the client gets unresponsive for a month or more then the course will be considered closed. A reactivation fee will be charged for the said courses.

Requesting a Cancellation: To cancel your enrollment, please contact our customer support team at braceventures@gmail.com as soon as possible. Provide your registration details and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations requested after the specified time frame may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% , which will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your training program, please contact us at least 5 days before the start date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

4. Exceptions


Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as administrative fees or materials fees, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.

Conditions: Any special terms or conditions related to refunds and cancellations will be communicated at the time of registration or in specific program agreements.
